Founder Taysha Gibbs brings 27 years of leadership experience across human resources, public relations, and organizational strategy, including more than twenty years serving as Human Resources Director and Public Relations Executive for the Louisiana Army National Guard.

Throughout her career, she has supported large, complex organizations, overseen 1,000+ employees, and advised senior military and government leaders in environments where accountability, compliance, and trust were non-negotiable.

In addition to her executive and advisory work, Taysha Gibbs is also the founder of a mission-driven nonprofit organization, providing firsthand experience in organizational leadership, governance, funding, compliance, and community engagement. This perspective further informs her approach to advising organizations operating in complex, resource-constrained, and highly accountable environments.
